I think I covered her most important launchers. I'm not sure if the :2: :K: after :H+K: is always guaranteed, but I don't know how to test this other than letting the CPU tech roll (he can't). If you find some mistakes or better juggles just post them here and I will correct them or add the alternatives. I always listed a few alternatives in case you're near a wall.

1) normal hit

l = light weight (tested on Kasumi)
m = mid weight (tested on Hayate)

Nice! Just wanted to say/ask is the launch height different when in srun state? For example i was able to do 66k 9kk pp6pp on raw 66k getting a ch, but after her unshu oh i wasnt able to do it... (the char i tried i think was kokoro)

What is her little stance called? The 4 p+k. Whatever that move is called, all I can say is that THAT move opens up a world of hurt to whomever I use it on. Or at least the follow ups.

I'm not sure if this is a juggle or not, but I've found that on a back-turned opponent if you do :6::4::P: and either :K:+:H+K: or :2::K: you can get a good juggle off the mid :P: variation of her normal moves.

A couple days ago I was messing around with Lei in training mode, figured out some power launcher combos that do more damage than her challenge one, but also aren't as painful to pull off! =D

214P+k, 214P+K, 9KK, 3P2P2K = 107 dmg, works on all weight classes. ( Tested on Bass. )

214P+k, 214P+K, 214P+k, dash in a little 3P2P2K = 108 dmg, works on all weight classes ( Also tested on Bass. )

^ this however, is a little hard... for me anyway. I sometimes end up dashing into 3P and getting a 33P which screws up the damage a bit... so I'd stick with the previous option. Easier, and it's only 1 less damage.

214P+k, 214P+K, 9KK, 3PP6PP = 112 dmg, incredibly easy! works on mid weights and under. ( Tested on Jacky. Not entirely sure where he sits in terms of weight class, I just assumed medium? )

^ Like I stated in the all class combo, can be difficult to get the dash... depends on your accuracy and how much that 1 damage means to you I guess. But still! =P

214P+K, small dash 214P+K, 9KK pp6pk 104 damage or k2k (the most consistent one) for 100

And instead of 3p2p2k you should use 3p4pp for 110 damage (the9kk variation) how disd you do them? I used 2 fully charged 214p+k was thats what you intended or the 2nd o non charged one (you can still follow up something after)\How do the 3 214P+K work?

for the 3rd 214P+K you just do the input, don't hold it. So basically you want 2 fully charged 214P+K and then just input the 3rd one without holding it.
