NEED HELP WITH COMMAND INPUT

I can never figure out how to do full arrow loop throws like Ryu's Izuna drop. Momiji has something in her combo challenge like that "236P+KPP when hitting *full loop throw input*" can someone tell me exactly how these type of throws are done. With stuff like 236T I figured out I can just do 26T is there anything similar with these full loop throws?

Ok I just used my analog like 30 times until I randomly got the throw input to finish her CC but I still can't do throws like that at will

Basically, when it comes to the Izuna moves, just start spinning the analog stick as fast as you can.
