Smithy and myself just held a session at a local venue in NYC where we played on an offline 360. Smithy provided a hard drive that had all the costume unlocked and was up to date. However, when we used the venue's 360, the game was not patched at all but still showed all of the progress and costumes unlocked. Does this mean that the way they patched the game on 360 are just patches that are available if the 360 is connected to xbox live similar to how Mortal Kombat 9's patches their games?
