Yeah the Hat was pretty cool
It would probably fit the best if you would use mostly black or/and dark blue. But it would be awesome if could it somehow make it work with red and yellow since they are Milas specific colors. But I don't really have an idea how to make those colors fit the Bancho them. Well maby you can come up with something

I wouldn't really call it a perfect fit either. I gues he was going for the classic silver age Robin (from Batman) look.
But the idea of Mila dressed as a super hero is pretty amusing

I wouldn't worry about it there were repeated ideas in last year's halloween outfits like witches and skeletons. As long as they look different it shouldn't be a problem.

By the way this is IMO the perfect outfit for Phase-4: the reaper outfit is a real ingenious idea for a reworking of her main C1/C2 and I really like the realization of it.
