Unlocking CPU difficulty?

In versus mode, I can only choose few difficulty levels. max diffculty is True Fighter.
And I found more cpu difficulty levels in training mode.
How can I unlock them?

You can't unlock them, True Fighter is the cap level. The extra CPU difficulties in training was likely an oversight like how they have standalone jumping mid kick and punch actions for the CPU even tho they virtually don't exist unless your character like Kasumi has a jumping attack as a command, which in her case is 8P
