xbox 360 patch and dlc

I thought the word was they would be out today (10/16/12). I have not seen a patch or any dlc on the xbox marketplace. Whatsup? Is it delayed? Bad info?

The DLC is coming out today, but we don't know when. I've noticed that the Borderlands 2 DLC which is scheduled to release today isn't up yet either.

The patch was not given a release date. I'd expect to wait a few days to a week for that. Microsoft's patch certification shit is slow as hell.

The patch is out of Team Ninja's hand, all Microsoft.Same as the DLC, just depends on what time they update today.

The patch is up to Microsoft to when it's released.

The DLC is probably delayed due to Microsoft's update to the NXE system dashboard also coming out today. Even then, it never had an official release date.
