Not gonna question why marie rose isnt in the feb patch, TN can take all the time they need to perfect her. I understand why shes not; they need to translate her move list, create combos for her combo challenge and do her dub etc. All things i do not want rushed.

It isn't confirmed but I think the chances are high she'll have a dub. The VF characters belong to sega and I'm not sure if TN just wanted to keep their authenticity by retaining the pre-recorded voices or if sega told them they couldn't change it.

Either way, it would be odd for a Swedish girl to speak only Japanese while everyone else (excluding Pai and Akira) speak English with the language switch.

This will only be odd for those using the English voice track hahaha. It makes no difference to me... unless she gets an English VA I'm into.

That would actually be awesome and boost Marie Rose's popularity much more, hopefully she's not too busy with Powerpuff Girls right now. She may even get a Bubbles or Harley Quinn costume lol

I like the costume. It's more "cute" than sexy, which is what they're obviously going for in regards to Marie Rose.

I think the costume was more an attempt to give her some kind of... edge? if that makes any sense. Like, make her seem more rebel. Cause when you think about it, she has got one of the less cute school uniforms out of the girls. They have given her thigh highs, boots instead of the standard shoes, some punk wristbands and black nail polish.

If they were going for cute, they would have took the Kasumi/Hitomi/Momiji route. But instead they gave her a cross between Mila & Tina's school uniforms. I'd say it's an edgy costume, but that's just me! =]

Her childish appearance just really throws me off, but she's just too adorable. I mean, I have seen 18-year-old girls who look like they're 16, much like Marie Rose does. Lol

I had actually made this a while back predicting what her uniform would look like if she got one (around the time her christmas outfit was revealed) so I was also surprised by the edgy look of her uniform (but I like her real uniform a lot more).

Ok heres a few tidbits for all you marie rose fans:
-she has a bt CB (P+K)
-she has baymans limbo stun H+K
-It seems that you cant hold the second P on 4PP as the 1st P causes a twirl.. (I could be wrong though)
-all her advanced holds guarantee followup combos... Yes all of them.
-she has a tiny cat picture on one of her bras in the new costume... Lol
-6K4K causes relaunch
-she can forcetech with 2H+K
-her, "bakabakabakabakaaaaa" taunt is epic
-her crouch taunt canbe canceled into back roll
-since the arcade her front CB was changed to 66P
-bt H+K causes ground bounce guaranteeing BT KKK (her tatsu)

I'll try n upload some footage and moves when I get back home

This Marie seems pretty good, utilizes her stances pretty well. For those only interested in her; Time Stamps ~ 14:45 ~ 34:05 ~ 41:03 ~ 48:17 ~ 51:09

I can tell her sabaki is going to be my best friend n_n

On a side note, I don't really understand why the player kept launching with that kick when she seemingly has better options. That one kick that leaves her BT and that mid punch looking one seem to launch higher than the one he was doing.

Also is everyone sure about her weight class? doesn't seem like she launches very high considering?
