Well i made the raidou halloween hair for all costumes, but the hair is sometimes green, i investigate and the problem is the texture image, so i don't how to fix it :( if someone knows tell me and i give you the file :)

It's to bad there are no detailed tutorial on how import xps model until doa5lr (I mean a detailed steps by steps) this is something I try to find since a moment.
There are Blender tutorial but this part between xps to blender to tmc is missing, as transfering weight I think not everyone know how do that.

EDIT : @mralex About texture, did you swap the texture where are your mesh with Texture Tool ? (normal, diffuse, reflect) if yes, try to add your mesh in another wgt_slot.

I used brad hairstyle, kasumi and ayane hairstyle and still happend, i managed to make it with tmc suke the part of the colour and change but more green than original hair

So i don't know how fixed it
Also happend with kasumi final.boss

Nicely Done I hope you can figure out how to fix the green texture problem. Also if it isn't to much problem can you do black recolor of it as well so it matches his mustache.LOL

The problem are in the texture file, is like the Uv texture when is in a wrong texture place, looks more silver, so i don't know how to do it :(

Thank you, would you please make a tutorial for that? it would really help alot and I think it's a quite fun interesting modding method.

I am stock at : import reference doa tmc in blender. I click import in blender but I dont know what to choose.

I was planning on making one, but a tutorial like that would take lots of time, so don't know when I would get to it.

to import the doa tmc, you need all the blender plugins here

With what software do you convert xps model to obj ?
I am curious because I would like to make import myself too and this is the only (and essential) part that I don't get.

Thanks I managed to get that working, but now I have been stuck for ages on: transfer weights from doa model to obj.
I have looked it up and did everything I could but I couldn't make that work.

that's fine,but new problem is,why cann't I change colours of socks into white ones

I don't know why but for this costume you need to change the colors before modifying the meshes. So if you want white socks you have to make the costume entirely again. I can do it for you but just tell me exactly the colors you want.

White socks will be OK for me with your kimono costume,and I also want the kimono to be sky blue,if you don't mind

Thanks to Immi new Ink Shuffle tool, I have the motivation to get back to DOA 5 modding,starting by messing with some of Harry Palmer tool

Gotta give some Christie's attire to Sarah,the result wasn't that bad

The new hair slots work wonder too,Try out some new hairstyle for the Bryants

If anyone is interested in this pack,I'll release it soon

In the future,I hope I'll have to study more about Blender so I can mesh-modding for DOA 5 one day

I'm interested in how did you successed with the TMCOBJ converter tool.
For me, harry 's TMCOBJ keeps crashing every time i want to import back the OBJ into the TMC.

I use also blender v2.76 with the keep vertex order checked.

With TMCOBJ converter tool. you cannot delete or add vertices. Just simple vertex ,edge,mesh editing will be allowed.
you can add tmcmesh to tmc using tmcpolygon insert tool,and delete mesh using tmcpolygon tool

For who asking for the modding method,here' s the methods i 've experienced :

-Using TMC-OBJ converter tool or TMC-MQO converter,we can keep the original normal vector data (that's while,but we can't directly delete the mesh in 3deditor
-If you want to directly deleting and adding mesh ,rig bone ... in blender, u can use doutoku 's "for blender tmcmesh importer - exporter" plugin
With this method , the normal vector data will be changed,may causes a bit neck seams (and maybe some smoothing problem) you can partially solve it by using harry's Neck Connecting Tutorial ,and using "recals vertex normal" function (of doutoku's "for blender keep vertex normal" plugin)
I also note that each time you export tmcmesh in blender,the number of vertices in exported tmcmesh increased
