The new tool is great for new modder or swap quickly our hard work into an other character but in my opinion I don't really like it because now it will be very confuse to make difference between a costume that been made in many hours / days and a quick 5 min swap.

I will not use this tool because I am always using specific body mesh that can't be swapped by this tool but it's cool to see modders creating tool for make everything easy, it's just sad to see how many times we passed on swapping costumes into an other chars with many hours of work and now in 2 min it's ready.

(We are so far from the beginning with only Hex Editor.. Lol)

Anyway, my opinion is 50/50 but I am not against this tool just I won't work with it but for new modder or not very skilled people or even swap our hard work on an other chars it's really great !

Doesn't seem so. It works when I only change collision, but whenever I try to change bones I get the same error. (It says "Input string was not in a correct format".)

Thanks for the mod, it looks great!
The nails bothered me a bit though, so I butchered the textures and made a variant. It's a bit ugly in close-up but fine from a distance (just enough not to see spots of red). I might do another version with something better, but I don't have the time right now.

not sure what could be the problem :/ maybe your antivirus removed a critical file of the tool?

@bbb what would it take to get you to release that venus mod? I can either donate or pay you with art. But I only have one week before SF5 consumes my life :p

well I wanted to release it all together soon. I still had this costume planned for miyako. its an old sfxt mod of mine I was going to port over.

but it is similar to the venus, so I guess it isn't necessary anymore. I too will be distracted by sfv and currently by rise of the tomb raider, so I guess I should just release what I have now, but her default still needs repair since the one used in the cutscene is all broken. I will try to get the pack released sometime tomorrow if possible.

as someone who has spent lots of time adjusting proportions for mods. examples being honoka's secret agent, and marie school uniform for my gothic character, I like this tool. I don't have much time for modding as I work full time, so if this tool can save me hours/days of work, that is a good thing. I don't need to prove to anybody my modding skills. I know I can make them with or without the tool, and if people think less of my mods for using the tool, doesn't matter to me.

While doing my Marie Rose I have noticed something, if you are doing hex editing one *.h file and you need to put on it more than 10 textures.
Carefull 00 00 00 00, 01 00 00 00, ..., 09 00 00 00, if you write 10 00 00 00, 11 00 00 00 etc... game will crash.
Replace 10 00 00 00 by 0A 00 00 00, 11 00 00 00 by 0B 00 00 00, etc. and it will works this time

Thanks so much bro. Still willing to donate and stuff, I've wanted playable Miyako for years ^^

actually problem is - no body and no legs, only hair and face. And shorts.

I know about hair 0, i did it so first, then i thought maybe it needs 1 somewhy? But it doesn't help

looks like a transparency issue of incorrectly using 08 instead of 0A for the main wgt_body group which affects certain graphics card. try changing it with tmcsuke or object tool

@all-

for the few of you who liked my gothic pack, and like using the abc tool, I made a plugin for that tool that adds my gothic character to the list. its pretty much hitomi's proportions, but it will add long nails, so you can easily make mods for that character

just add this file into the references folder

download-

note- you will still need to blender in the tattoos

I think this tool can save us time. And also open possibilities for everybody. It isn't perfect so we still have some work to do in blender. And because i'm not good in blender it's really helpfull to have the good proportions of the characters.

@bbb I noticed men are not in the tool. How can we add them in references ?
