"I've taken the photo in to photoshop and I can't even find any sort of character next to ayane. I've done exposure contrasting and even de pixelated the picture and still nothing.

Besides that the picture is 640 by 480 a rather strange resolution for any camera. From what I've found it is a fake done like this:

They have taken a picture of a TV and then placed a fake image onto it.Then they have placed a pixelate filter over the image and there you go "
