Looks like they have a new outfit unlock system. Each match gives you 1 BP (battle point I'm guessing) and the next outfit is X amount of BP away from being unlocked.
Seems better than getting a random piece of a random outfit when you need 9 pieces to unlock one and some characters have 31 outfits.
