You should use her 214P. It's deceptive because you can also go for the follow up 2K. Don't do her follow up because 214P is +0 on block and most people will get suckered in and attempt to strike or throw. When that happens, pop her 3P+K.

Any safe move you do, 3P+K will beat almost every good move a character has.
