They did not ban westerners. Western IPS had enough of Sega's shit and blocked some users. My IP removed the block.

Havent logged on in a while since they started randomly banning westerners for no reason.

They are. But they have ranges where they will whiff. which is where I stood. It also helped that I had Namegid which is their bane since if I crit I can keep them stunned till they die. Also helped that my crits were 70k XD

I always hated that boss so cheap.
