It's just too slow of a move to use. You have other moves that are better that serve the same purpose.

lol really is 4H+K unsafe? the only reason i use it is because i see Junglist_Ninja use it a lot so i thought it was a really safe move 2 use against wake up attacks

46P I wouldn't recommend too much. It has very specific uses, WR4P+K is a good move but also should only be thrown out.

I'd also recommend not using 4H+K as much, and by as much I mean never. 4PP as well.

i looked some more and i found some good stuff like 46P and WR~4P+K their really useful GB's even though its hard to execute them both especially 46P
