So some advice from a Brad Wong main. At the start of the match when he goes into laydown. Your best option is to just be patient and space him out, you can crouch dash in, and then korean back dash away to get him to whiff a move. If you know he's going to go for a low crush it with 9K. If he goes into K8 (handstand) poke him out with 3K. When you get hit by 2H+KK (his low sweep to high kick). Your best option is to slow escape and if you see him go for the CB hold it, otherwise, no other followup is guaranteed from that situation. Lastly, with his running P (The headbutt), your best option after he does that is to fuzzy guard (33H/334). Reason being is fuzzy guard will protect you from his K8 if he decides to try and do it, on top of that he still has his OH and his low parry (LHT H). So doing a 2P is definitely something you don't want to throw out. If he goes for the OH obviously low throw, and if he goes for the parry, you have to standing throw him to punish it. Otherwise, nice Kasumi.
