Also, you can't duck after 66K to avoid throw punishment. That thing is -17 on block. People love to do that, though, because it works online if the throw is not done immediately.

Online casual set against a Phase 4. Some odd moments going on due to lag, meh. Phase 4 free canceling 1P is NOT a legit free cancel mix up on neutral hit, that's -15 lol. That's a free 2P retaliation on block and on neutral hit.
