Hayate Kaizan vs wake up kicks

Hayate Kaizan(6F+K) vs wake up. I found you can use (4F+K) as knock down then (6F+K) to cross up. This worked away from wall 100% of the time. Near wall other knock downs work but (4F+K) still has a better chance of getting cross up follow up
