Leifang only beats Akira from "2" safe moves from both of Leifang shoulders. However Akira eliminates "7" from Leifang's safe options from the shoulder with his shoulder. Not to mention that you are adding light negatives to Leifang when you are going for pushback distance to get a launch from Leifang shoulder via 3P+K or her 43P.
It does not crush Akira's shoulder, it will only beat out Akira if the advantage is greater. To stop Akira, you'll have to wait and throw him for tossing the shoulder or getting a free stun/launch since his shoulder is unsafe hugely. Challenging it with Leifang's shoulder is only asking yourself to get wounded.
