@Number 13 I know what you mean, but Capcom said more will be added later on. However, I do agree, it's weird there's no Arcade mode.

lol it's still pretty bare boned compared to NR, Arc Sys, etc in terms of modes. A slight improvement of SFIV since it barely adds survival and an attempt at a better story mode [although no arcade at a tradeoff]
