I'm no expert but here's the way I see it. Frame advantage is just a way to quantify what we all (should) intrinsically gather from playing the game. It's obvious that some moves/characters are faster than others, frame advantage just clears up the "how-so" of it all. Even still, the time of...

Overall I'm at 68.8%. ranked is at 63.9% with an S-. Lobby is in the middle with 65.6%. As for justifications, Win some lose some. :) I'd love to play any of you guys sometime. Just send me a message or something!
