Based on what they have been posting, the online mode will be online 3 months after its offline release. So it has been pushed back even more.

Well, Mr Wah already said the preorder bonuses were met and will be included on the pc version on his opening post on this thread. They took long enough to confirm it, but they made a post on their facebook page saying the same thing as Mr Wah here. No reason to worry about the preorder bonuses now.
