Attached is the one you're looking for; unfortunately, it seems to be shared among her other hairstyles. So while the Regina retexture will look correct, Ayane with the another hairstyle will suddenly have red bangs when tossed into water.

Honoka Kousaka from Love Live was who I was reminded of the instant I saw this character, also. Thought it was some crossover thing at first.

Make sure you color all her relevant hair textures. I had the same issue with Helena with her bangs and ponytail. Both of those had a duplicate texture, and it was fixed when I colored those also. As one can note in the download link in this thread, I had to alter two set of bangs, two sets of...
