Why's is taking so long to find rank matches?

Can someone explain why it's so hard to find a ranked match, I'm severely disappointed at this, It's really my only gripe.

I'm really happy with Ultimate but get pretty annoyed at people turning down matches. Shouldn't be an option IMO.
