Mr. WiZ is the big cheese at EVO. He's the guy who determines which game becomes the spotlight if you have the money for it. DOA being at EVO is good, but unless DOA gets huge numbers for him or puts the big money down the light, he's not going to take the game(s) serious.

But for the best of safety because it's not 2019 yet. Yosuke and Shimbori sounds like they won't be there, and DOA is a side tournament so expecting like an announcement is pretty low.

Hopefully a lot of people will be able to go down there then which they should since this is pretty big for doa xD

I think it's probably a matter of consistency. For start, EVO is an expensive-ass trip (depending where you are at, a person flying there has a high chance to pay quite a bit of money when they get there)

Imagine going to the tournament but only like 16 people show up to play the game and a side tournament at that. You better be damn sure that you are there for more than just DOA lol.

I like your enthusiasm KL, but this isn't the first time DOA was a side tourney at EVO. Just think of it as any other tourney, but with a much higher initial investment in being there lmfao
