I stopped after a while because it felt like "oh its one of THOSE games."

I thought it was incredible. The story it told was amazing. The gameplay was repetitive but it's more of a take you for a ride game, and it let's you know that right from the start. I recommend it as well, as long as you're not looking for deep gameplay.

Yep... thats why I bailed out....

To be fair though it almost pulled me in when I realised you could parry and the game doesn't clue you in thats even possible.

I have experience dealing w people who have mental illness like the one portrayed in the game so it was an emotional experience for me... But I get that not everyone will have that same experience. @Lulu you actually turned me on to vanquish so ik you like your action games

Its not necessarily action games I like... its any game that has gameplay front and center stage...

And this can work for puzzle games but puzzle games for whatever reason are good for sliding in Narrative stuff aswel.

I also loved me some Gwent and if Yomi goes on sale I'm jumping on it.
