Well there's no point of it with the earings and nail polish if the characters is going to get beat the crap of each other considering they would get bruises and stuff after the match.

That could work, it's just why with the Nail Polish and Earrings?You'll barely see or noticed during the fight and after they would be too damaged.

to make your waifu pretty? I mean not that it matters it's just very minute aesthetic changes like glasses and changing hairstyle.

It's possible that could just be for Helena atm, I dont see Ayane or HItomi having nail polish and earring accesories for example.

When it comes to customization there's an obvious lack of taste from the players so yeah i pretty much agree with you.
