I doubt Rachel will be in the base roster. Was pretty obvious when they said they were focusing on the core roster. She will likely pop up later in DLC or in the inevitable "ultimate" version. Lisa....I dunno, she's kind of a toss up. Story wise she's probably dead, but she may be a surprise announcement before launch. I'm sure they will come up with some kind of weird story reason for her surviving.
