i had the same question, google dropped me a vid of a SFV player with that nick name. About the stan thing... people in the web is pretty strange. And i'm probably too serious about it, or i don't get the joke. But also as a journalist i have a responsability about the serious threat of misinformation, so... well, crap.

Looks like those twitter pages are full of extremely terrible players. They want Momiji but yet they don't actually play that character. What a surprise.

well, bass is more like a stereotypical overprotective single parent that happened to be a wrestler with a troublesome free-spirited adult daughter, and that's their comedy role in DOA storyline. Pedophilia and incest has never been into the storyline nor canon in any official work, game or lore, of the series. Everything else is fanfiction for weirdos.

Plus, it was never stated anywhere in-game or by the creators of the DOA games that he'd be a pedo so it puzzles me that someone came to a conclusion like that.

She must've read an AO3 fic and thought it was canon.
