The list is good but I feel Akira's should be at the top, the twins should be above Leo, and Julia should be above Kokoro. Kokoro I feel should be last since out of all them, her depiction of Baji Quan is the most unrefined out of all of them, like it visually looks rougher

Kokoro does have actual moves in form for modern Baji practitioners. I always forget Baji branches off as a tree to different bits of learning, I kinda agree that Kokoro lacks this sort of impact I guess. Yun is pretty anime including his brother. Akira seems to be the definition of it and does have impact behind them + movekit looks epic and crazy, it seems to be more towards his physique, speed, and prowess though.

Can't speak for Julia. I legit never looked into that character. Not sure what the poll was about, could be gameplay related or history, or could be both not sure.
