That's actually a pretty regrettable decision as it's not really snubbing DOA6. Having issues with runoff can very well screw some games over regardless of intention. This combined with the fact that Combo Breaker can be stated to be the equal of Anime EVO for some games and putting in some new ones can hit the wall pretty quick.
