What are your specs? Game is pretty demanding, like my i7 6600hq with gtx 960m would have difficulties running it in 720p with constant 60 fps all the time.

Ya kinda need your specs lol. My PC stays pretty cool when running doa6. Division 2 pushes my temps though.

Check your CPU core loads. Few people reporting on Steam still that the game is maxing one core, and ignoring the others. Might be worth laying off until the next patch, if that's the case.

i5-8600 with gtx 1080ti. forcing vsync pushed the temps down a little. i'll look closely at core load next time
