If we go technical, would make sense for Ryu Hayabusa to be carrying any sorts of TN/KT entry for his inclusion in another game. He's not the face of DOA sure, however TN wouldn't be a big thing on the grand scale of things if it wasn't for Ryu Hayabusa along with the NG series and his history before all that.
If he was a character entry representative from KT/TN, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's Ryu Hayabusa.
Hayabusa originally had his trilogy on nes (same gose for aracde as well) . Although, this maybe really small chance since TN are still busy on developing with other project, but does it not means they would plan to send invitation to Hayabusa Clan.
