I did like a few things though so we'll see how the games come out at E3.

Call it the X1

I'll call it the Xbox. I refuse to call it the X1. Sounds like a new headset rather than a console.

It really is a crappy console.

Xbox One isn't that great. PS4 isn't BC either, but Sony at least reassured us that we could digitally play PS3 games on it. Everything about Xbox One just seems off. -__-

There's no reason. To get it, even if Halo, Forza, Fable and Gears are exclusive to x1 third party support isn't going anywhere! And the a lot of the best stuff is third party...

They have Call of Duty and EAs games on board which constitutes a large portion of the big titles. I don't think it'll be all that bad.

But how much better looking will they be and will that jump in graphical quality justify a 400 console purchase? All of those games will make it to current gen and most of them will be comparable visually - E3 is make or break for a strong attach rate at launch.

If the Xbox One version of Battlefield 4 is on the level with the PC version that'll be my launch purchase justification right there. Been waiting for a true Battlefield game on consoles for a long time.

Isn't the PC appeal of battlefield the large numbers you can cram into a map? Unless we get larger head counts on the maps then it's just another console battlefield. I think this generation taught us that graphics are only so strong in the face of poor story telling, so issues and features.

That's actually what I meant. 128+ man battles. I need more info but if that's what I get to play with I'm in there.
