I reckon people should play the game themselves instead of taking journo reviews as gospel truth. Reviews are great as guidance but people could deny themselves of some classic games imo. Potential greatness is in the eye of the beholder
I couldn't agree more, although reviews do take a major role in deciding whether a game is worth purchasing (especially since it costs $60), which is why people should look at a variety of reviews instead of just looking at one.
That is true. This is a very expensive hobby so it does always pay off to read the reviews to get a general idea of whether a game is ace or a disgrace.
