Lol i agree thats the Main Reason because i play all Fight Games on PS3! I am very Impressive about People that can use chars like Busa, Christie or Akira so well with the 360 Pad! Christie playing with 360 pad...brrr

I use both. D-Pad for quick movements and Stick for circulars and diagonals inputs.

I mainly play Xbox and I know what you mean the dpad is horrible for moves such as 33P4/K/2K.
However I have the same problem with the PS3 control stick it's too loose for my preferances I can never pull off HCF/QCF or QCB as accurately as I can with the Xbox control stick.
Which makes the Izunas, his air grab and some launchers/knockbacks incredibly difficult to do on PS3 for me.

I would've just asked anybody if they had a converter if there were PS3 controller users there. Me personally, I don't have trouble with either pad. In fact, I use my PS3 controller for PS3 tourneys & 360 for 360 tourneys with no converter.
