The skin tone is a start but I wouldn't want someone like that design wise xD I think DOA would have done an African girl more justice than that

That is a very out of season April Fools Joke. That design reminded Me of one of Sheva's Costumes from Biohazard/Resident Evil 5. That character design looks pretty cool.
