Yeah it existed I think for a patch or two before being removed, idk why they did tho or why it was in to begin with but I personally feel it stems from an experience with someone but I'm not sure who or why
William Adams, better known in Japanese as Miura Anjin, was an English navigator who, in 1600, was the first Englishman to reach Japan leading a five-ship expedition for a private Dutch fleet.
Ironically this was pretty common in some games too. I think Witcher, GTA, and Borderlands had written wall text/graffiti that was removed at some point.
Witcher PC version found files that were hidden that was offensive to women (removed in full bundle Witcher edition), Borderlands had something that was transphobic which was removed, and GTA with Nazi symbols.
This might be the first 3D fighter to have something like that removed. I'd imagine the reasoning was tied to the urban dictionary meme on social media from Youtubers
Ohhh that would make alot more sense! I think maybe they probably also added it as a sort of M rated game flex since DOA has never really had anything that vulgar but maybe they didn't get the reaction they wanted and they just dummied it out, it honestly seemed kinda random too, like why that out of all stages and graffiti? XD
