Can't test it on my PS5 yet, but if Series S can play the Xbox One version on graphics mode at 1080p 60 locked I'm pretty sure the PS5 can.
Series X is a locked 60 at 4K too iirc.

It runs at a locked 60 on both the ps5 and the series x with that mode enabled.
