Nope, not in the slightest. After what happened with NG3/RE with mixed reception, it kinda doesn't really matter anymore if TN made it in-house or not.
Yaiba was made by some random studio that went bankrupt after. Platinum games is well known and different so this is a shot from another that actually is familiar with it. If that what it takes to make a great NG game then so be it, no complaints here.
