It’s been awesome so far! The food tastes great and I bought a lot of stuff lol. To my surprise, the language barrier wasn’t as big an issue as I thought. I’ve been able to get by with basic Japanese and the train stations do have English. Basic Japanese such as “Kore Desu” and “Futari desu” will get you results. I did make some mistakes here and there but that’s unavoidable when visiting a foreign country.

Good to hear. I wouldn't be as skilled in their native tongue, nor would I know what their immigration policies are like.
