If you go in the DOA5LR folder on the file explorer thing, I think the replays are in one of the main folders(i forget which one) and you can manually delete them there like in DOA6, but im not sure where they go since the texts are kinda hard to pinpoint

In windows file explorer, click on Documents>KoeiTecmo>Doa5lr> (Folder with series of letters and numbers)> Reply_Save. If you are very specific on which one you wanna delete, you have to go to the game itself, look at the date and time where you save your replays, jot it down on the notepad app. and delete the replay with the menus I posted earlier.
