Weird how much they changed his frames from DOA2U to DOA online. I thought it was supposed to just be a copy+paste job from DOA2U, but I guess not.

grap3fruitman: I didn't figure it out on my own. I actually have complete frame data for DOA1U and DOA2U in my "DOAU Best Shot" gravure book. I just posted all of his info from the book. The only thing I did was add all of the different damage values on his slope and ledge throws.

I don't have any numbers, but it's pretty easy to tell on his jab and his 6P for example, both of which are faster. He also lost frame advantage on block on a couple of his moves, which can be tested with a training CPU.
