That was some very indepth criticisms. What really surprised me was the choices not having any impact on the games world & the dumbing down of NPC conversing. His complaint about puzzles was one i wasn't surprised about as the puzzles in Skyrim themselves were fairly straightforward imo. Good video & definitely abit of an eye opener considering I've never played the Morrowind games before. Thanks for the vid mate.

No problem. It really is quite depressing that we'll never see a real sequel to The Elder Scrolls. As far as I'm concerned, Morrowind was, for all intents and purposes, the final game in the series. With the following two titles (and any that we get later on) simply being "TES simulators" as he so accurately called them in the video.

Of course, some of what he described does relate to gaming in general and not just TES, as he stated in the beginning (which only makes things even worse) but it's especially painful seeing it happen to what was arguably one of the most deep and rewarding RPG experiences ever made.

Yeah I am not too familiar with the past games but if that video is anything to go by then that's quite a pill to swallow for Morrowind fans for sure.
