Imo, no. It shouldn't matter what country they're from. I don't value an Australian soldier's life anymore than i would an American soldier's life or vice versa because to me, at the end of the day it's still a human life regardless of their country of origin. That human has people that care about him/her like any other human being in any other country. Just my opinion
