Where you got the Frame Data?

It was a live stream i watched it not too long ago and Chosen one had the frame data on , when gen fu was doing 4PPP it bounded on the last hit and went 13 , 15 , 18

NO CLUE why they gave him a faster mid punch I already have an 11 frame mid , a 13 and an 11 frame mid for what reason exactly?

Also Gen FU 2H+K still seems to force tech at walls.. the computer did it to him , this proves TN doesn't know what they're doing when they nerf Gen Fu or it's a buff because it looked like it gave more advantage. Well it sounded like it did.

You can low punish 3pp now and they slowed down some other moves I don't remember off the top of my head. 3p is 15 frames now

So 3p isn't 13 frames anymore ? But 4P the move I literally only used BECAUSE it was 15 frames is now 13 frames? I don't understand TN, also it bounds now but they're so far away from you the only thing i can literally think to do is like 64P or something.

Well the entire string 4PPP so the 3rd P it's uhh 6P+K omg 6P+K , I used it for a stupidly high damaging CB now it's done and since it bounds he probably lost his backturned CB. If he still has 66P for guaranteed damage that'd be something..?
