I also get a lot of dreams with huge air planes crashing and eating fast food, also get tons of dreams of being kidnapped, driving, shopping and my dad trying to kill me lolz
Mine sometimes involve 3-ways with some fine chicks, others zombies, fights, giant monsters (Godzilla.), and some are just about nothing in particular, being so damn random I can feel myself get a headache as I sleep.
Like i had one a few days ago, i was on a school bus and i looked out the window and was like holy fuck im dreaming! I got to excited and the dream started collapsing so i started spinning around to stabilize it but i was just to damn excited and woke up
I also tried getting a lucid thru sleep paralysis but that shit scares me the fuck out lol
Sometimes it's easy, other times not so much. You get better over time just let things flow and don't lose your balance by getting excited; a calm mind usually enables endless possibilities. And you don't wanna mess with sleep paralysis ever.
Tell me about it i had a sleep laralysis this week so i was like sure why not just wait it out and go lucid but this fucking girl voice kelt on whispering in my ear so i just gave up >.>
I hear some are caused by things outside this realm, like paranormal. Other times it's just not meant to happen, but your brain goes and fucks something up then BAM! You're stuck tripping out.
Shut it, Aka. You have a messed up mind, as I recall you took a comment about Doa_eater also known as banana in a sexual manor. You shall be known as Aka the pervert from here on forth!
Yeah, king is right in a sense. I had Sleep paralysis think 2 years ago or something, I kept getting them for some reason. But theres something about SP that isnt normal, the worst one I had was when I opened my eyes, something was sitting on my chest looked bald and had creepy eyes, couldn't sleep in my room for 2 weeks after that.
Other times ive seen flashing lights outside the windows, spaceship sounds above me. Also have seen black shadows in the corner, and screaming. Dunno why I kept getting them that year, but haven't had one in a long time. And don't want them either lol.
Sleep paralysis happens to everyone every night, its basically a method our body uses to stop us from acting out our dreams. You can experience a sleep paralysis to if you want by waking up in the middle of the night and not moving at all for 10-30 minutes, your brain will think you have fallen as leep and you will go paralyzed. This way makes it very easy to have a lucid dream
