Kasumi is still actually one of the better characters in the game. Most people just don't see it yet. She's still hard to deal with. The 46T edition & with her having ways having to wake up kicks makes it that much better to help her case. Still has guaranteeds too (H+K 9K, 66T-T 4PK or 6P6K, 4H+K 3PP 66K 3P or 6KK).
