I noticed is that it varies between open stance and closed. One of the stances put them more distant so 66P followup since 2H+K won't probably connect.
For a full version (Non blocking opponent). CB > 4P *Delay* P+K > 2H+K > 66P and repeat. It's a huge stun game of damage since your not putting them on the floor.
There was a few moments that people mash the hold on P+K. But from what I see, people don't hold block after CB (It's just me of course, not an actual fact.)
Anything like that should be added to your list of tools and mixups. Pai has something like that where after CB she does a move that keeps them standing then grabs for reset. It's worth it. Yeah, it's another guessing game for you, but it's worth it overall because you have very little chance of getting punished for making that decision.
Just went into the lab with him and that delay into P+K that puts them into sitdown stun works as long as they're stunned. Doesn't have to be after CB. If it's not CB, a little extra time must be added in the delay. But it's the same principle.
True, True. My biggest issue so far are the bad recovery and the huge mistake of not reading opponents properly. I swear I don't know what's going on sometimes lol.
But, yeah, I think it's a cute little mixup. It'll play nicely in your favor mostly depending on your opponents health level. However, reacting to whether or not they hit or block is what will take getting used to. The only problem I see here is that people like to attack after they think a string is over. So if they block it, they might think it's safe to attack, which will explode in your face and cost you.
Your definitely right about that. I just figured that people become Hold friendly before CB. So I figured after CB they just either sit there take the damage or Hold the block button even after burst.
More than likely hold the block button. But like I said, since his recovery on 4PP+K on block isn't the greatest, people will more than likely just hit buttons after that one block. So what you could do, is after CB 4P which pushes your opponent back. It scares them, they block. Or they keep hitting buttons, and you're at advantage so it becomes a frame trap.
By the way, when perfoming GBoD there's a certain time the camera angle changes when your close to the wall placing me on the other side. Is the full setup still considered 1P side if I switch to the other side because of camera?
I just tested it out. If you do his 4P off CB or max threshold, you're at +8. So yes, that is another option you can try if they 4PP+K mixups aren't working for ya'. Because technically if you do 4PP+K on block it is neutral grab punishable. But you can break neutral grabs. So 4PP+K option is good for a lot of options, but one mistake could really hurt you.
