If you are slower than Christie just block and read her strings. You can't fight offense with offense against her because hers is better than like 95 percent of the cast. Use tracking mids and lows to limit her JAK.

Hitomi's offense is really good but her flaw is that her strings all go into highs at some point. If you can recognize which strings go into highs you should try to crush those strings with 2P such as her 6PK / 6K. You dont have to worry about her sweep because if she doesn't do it immediately your 2P will beat everything after a blocked 6PK / 6K.

Do not retaliate with punches often due to her punch parry. Use lows and mid kicks. If you make a good read your mid kick might end up stunning on normal hit which puts you in a position to start your offense.

Lastly learn to fuzzy guard. If you can't fuzzy guard 6T and 33T will ruin your life.
