In SC I play Leixia. how 'bout you? Always down to fight in either game. Any day works except Mondays and Tuesdays as I have school.

They were GG's. I enjoyed them as well. Our connection seems to work fine despite the distance.

It used to be Bayman, right now though i am still not sure but so far i am liking Helena and Brad Wong, i won alot with them after you left.

In SC i usually go for Astaroth and Hilde but that too is a mixed bag lol.

You could go with either. Brad is one you don't see a whole lot of online. Helena is my rarely used sub and she is awesome too. I just love Lisa way too much. I like characters with crazy mix up options. Never played an Astaroth he seems weird to use. Hilde seems awesome too.

How's the FG scene in Australia? Most of it here is centered around the SF area which is 2 hours from my area.

Don't quote me on this but from what i can gather, most people here are Tekken or SC mad lol, especially Tekken. I don't see too many DOA or VF people around but It may be different in our other cities. You could be having a gathering and when the PS3 comes out for abit of fun, most people say "Do you have Tekken?" This is just personal experience though lol.

With DOA, Berzerk is our rep and does well with social gatherings so he would be the best one to ask about the DOA scene in Australia.

Just kinda curious as with FG's you really only hear about North America and Japan(maybe US streams are bias, lol). I hear SC is big in France though. Tekken is awesome, I like its sense of humor. I play it but not as much as DoA or SC.

I really enjoy the 3D fighters but 2D are cool too. Seems like DoA and VF as well as 3D fighters in general are kind of in a niche. Fewer people play them but those that do, love them. That's why I love this site and 8WR. It lets me meet and chat with gamers who love these games too. You go to Tourney's. This year I plan to go to NorCal regionals and Evo, even if just to spectate.

I personally could never get into 2D fighters, mind you i tried too, but they just never had that appeal or accessibility to me the same way 3D fighters do. With tournaments, i'm in the desert state of the country which is kinda way out from the other cities that do have tournaments. Unless there is one near my city, i doubt i'll attend one anytime soon considering the distance i'd have to travel.
